Helping organisations create genuine wellbeing
Supporting employee wellbeing helps people perform at their best, which in turn benefits the organisation.
Research shows that in organisations where workplace health is managed well, financial performance increased by more than 2.5x.
Let’s be honest, most people don’t want to spend their days exhausting themselves at work, dealing with problems and pressure, just to make a living.
At the same time, organisations face very real demands where work needs to get done and problems need to be solved.
If these challenges aren’t addressed, they don’t disappear. They often show up as low performance, mistakes, disengagement, missed deadlines and poor communication leading to more problems.
This impacts people and organisations.
Change from the inside out
When people in organisations are struggling through their day, feel low, on edge or overwhelmed, it's rarely only about organisational issues or individual resilience. There are many complex elements at play.
My work focuses on individuals because that’s where change can happen most directly, even when the broader system (whether organisational or societal) isn’t perfect.
I help individuals address the core of what they’re struggling with, in a gentle and nourishing way. I use a mind-body-spirit approach because it provides both fast transformation for the immediate problems, whilst also resolving the root causes which are often far deeper than we realise.
This helps improve employee wellbeing and unlock more of their potential.
The ripple effect benefits themselves and the organisation as a whole.
